As temperatures are heating up in Florida, and the world is dealing with COVID-19, we are open for business, safe and ready to help. We would like all of our customers to know we are practicing CDC guidelines and will work with you to get AC in the safest manner.
Our techs are following the CDC recommendations by social distancing and carrying hand sanitizer while they have it available. They are following social distancing and will not be shaking our customers’ hands at this time. Our techs will avoid going inside of the home if possible, but in some cases, it may be necessary to work with the thermostat. They may ask you to use your smartphone to speak with them while they are working on the system and may ask you to check the filter or lower the thermostat. We are able to fix most issues by just working outside and with our customer’s minor assistance. In some cases, to avoid additional contact, we may accept payments over the phone and we will be able to process your credit card and email you a receipt.
